I am 23 i weigh 67kg 166cm, taking lipo 6 black ultra concentrate, i want to know if it is okey to take the pill when i get my period, i have researched some of its components of which one causes the blood vessels to dilate so i was wondering if that is bad concerning menstral cycles? please elaborate.
