I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have a large lump on my pelvic area, right below my belly off to the left.
Only hurts when I stand and not all the time. when it does hurt it's very painful, makes it difficult to walk.
it's like a stinging pain all over the upper pelvic area. It doesn't really hurt when I press on it, and I can press it all the way in. I noticed the pain very early on in pregnancy but it wasn't as bad.
