I Am 23 Years Old And A College Dropout. I

I am 23 years old and a college dropout. I have had a hard time focusing during school and work since I can remember. I was told by my family physician when I was 16 that I most likely had add. Although he wanted me to go see a psych and my family could not afford it. What can I do?
