I Am 23 Years Old And Have Had A Small

I am 23 years old and have had a small black dot on my tear duct for about a year, at first I thought it was makeup, but after several attempts to remove it, it has become obvious to me that it can't be dirt or makeup. Today I noticed that it looks considerably larger than usual, I was just wondering what it could potentially be?
