I Am 23 Yrs Old And Married For 3 Years.

I am 23 yrs old and married for 3 years. He is 32yrs. I couldn't conceive I took all the tests like blood hormones and even scan,doc said no problem.i am overweight. I have very regular periods and I ovulate regularly. I have pain during first few hours of my period then I would bleed for 4-5 days. Around 14-16 days my temperature rises and I have discharge. 1 day before period I have white discharge. I don't know why am I not concieving
