I Am 23 Yrs Old,height 5ft 11 In,weight 67 Kg,I

I am 23 yrs old,height 5ft 11 in,weight 67 kg,I am having a lump on my right thigh,and small one on my back and one just below the chest,out of which only the one on my back pains when pressed whereas the one on my thigh is relatively big and is not movable,but does not pain.Can these be considered as lipoma or liposarcoma?
