I Am 24 Years Old, 13 Weeks Post Partum. My

I am 24 years old, 13 weeks post partum. My placenta didn't deliver after I gave birth and I had to have an emergency D&C the night of my baby's birth. Then another D&C at 8 weeks post partum. I have never stopped bleeding- mostly spotting or light flow every day..but last week I had an episode where I "gushed blood"- I was told by the women's clinic that I go to that I should go to the ER..which I did- that NP diagnosed me as having "estrogen depletion" ( they did a pelvic US and stated that it showed No leftover placenta)- They prescribed a 7 day course of Estrogen pills but said it may stop my breast milk supply- so I opted to wait another day and see my doctor at the clinic- ( who is not my ordinary doctor- he is out on a medical leave, himself)... The clinic doctor said that he feels I am "stressed and have post partum depression"- He gave Zoloft......tonight I had another episode of gushing blood... What so you think may be happening
