I Am 24 Years Old. I Have Little Bundles Of

I am 24 years old. I have little bundles of blond hair that are tiny but they look like black heads almost. When my boyfriend pulls them out my skin they have white stuff on them. There is usually like three to seven hairs all together. I also get bumps that turn into boils and sometimes smell like onions. The big ones shoot out puss, blood and clear stuff. Sometimes there is a hair and I just think I have an ingrown hair problem. The ones I get in my armpits sometimes smell foul. I have little pockets in my skin like tiny skin flaps almost where these weird black balls are. The black balls are really tiny but hard almost like pebbles. I have to be careful with what soaps I use. I can’t shave or my skin will become bumpy, red and itch/hurt. I have pcos and haven’t had a period in 8 years. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but please help
