I Am 24 Years Old, Female, I Take Concerta ER

I am 24 years old, female, I take Concerta ER 18 mg one daily. Over the past week I have been having weird, uncomfortable almost like a spasm on my right side near my belly button, and it comes and goes. Today I had a bowel movement, and I notice that I had more mucus than usual as well as Im guessing was a capsule I out a pair of gloves on also with a lysol wipe got the capsule and when i pinched it, dark green sticky substance came out. I'm just curious of what this may be.
