I am 25 M and i never had night fall till date
My friends say its weakness but its normal when i mastterbate i feel good sensation and quantity of sperm is also enough .. i only had sex 2-4 times didn't found any problem. In fact i enjoyed it .. but sometimes when i don't mastrabate for weeks i feel somekind of pain in balls untill i don't mastrabate .. pain is not for all the time it depends what work im doing and mostly just after i finish my urine that too lasts for few minutes
