I Am 25 And I Had This Bump On The

I am 25 and I had this bump on the in side of my pussy lips and I stuck a needle in it and then all this brownish stuff came out as soon as I took the needle out it comes back every time every month are so I have to do that I have been tested the first time it happened I had to go to the doctor and the cup it open and now I get this every month please help
