I Am 25 And Just Had A Baby 5 Months

I am 25 and just had a baby 5 months ago and since then iv noticed somthings that i feel is not right

Always hungry and weight gain
Depressed and kind of grumpy
Bad neck pain
Swollen ankles,hands and feet
Hair loss
Very scretchy scalp
Sweating bad in my sleep
What is going on??
