I Am 25 Year Man..And I Started Getting High Fever

I am 25 year man..And i started getting high fever since yesterday. .it was about 100 to 104°f ..i am feeling so much pain when i am coughing..i went to see a doctor ..he prescribe meto take a syringne and some medicines for two days..i completed my medicines ..but i am not feeling welll..my chest is burning when i cough...i get fever most of the night times..and i think my chest is getting even worse..wat should i do???
