I Am 25 Year Old, Effected By Alopecia From Middle

I am 25 year old, effected by Alopecia from middle of my head 3 years ago, in one year it progress from head to my bear, i use 8 month steroid injections which recover all my hair but for some time, i use vitamins for hair but Alopecia progress to Alopecia Universia now I am using zinc sulphate, but still no results, all medicine I use according to my different dermatologist, I have hair loss in my head, bear , eye brows , in some body areas also, is I am going right to using Zinc Sulphate
