I Am 25 Years Old. I Have Been Suffering From

I am 25 years old. I have been suffering from severe fever due to bacterial infection from past one week. After having the Antibiotic for 5 days, my fever has been cured. But now I am suffering from loose motion.

Is this also due to the bacterial infection? I have started medicine against this as per the doctor's advice. But there is no improvement in my condition.
