I Am 25 Years Old From Andhra Pradesh India, Last

I am 25 years old from andhra Pradesh India, last night I have found that my shoulder bone on the right side has swollen significantly , how ever I have no pain and able to make movements as usual without any pain ? What might be the possible cause of this swelling?
I have had bone tumer diagnosed by surgery and biepcy of my left hand elbow at the age of 11 and it has been found as binine in the next two surgery's biepcy reports .and since then everything is fine so far .
