I Am 25 Years Old Male.I Am Having Dull But

I am 25 years old male.I am having dull but very temporary pain in my right knee since one week.sometimes it pops with a snap when I extend it.the pain is felt when I do jogging or climb stairs.I had a stress fracture 8 months back in the head of fibula which an undisplaced one.kindly help me out I got little anxious about the chances of having a tumor or malignancy.
