I Am 25 Years Old, Working In A Bank Having

I am 25 years old, working in a bank having to sit long hours. I suffer from lower back pain detected around three months back . There was a severe pain one week back and I consulted a local doctor who advised me to meet a orthopedist, after prescribing some pain killers for instant relief. X Ray done subsequently on the advice of the Ortho is not remarkable. Pain still lingers (not severe) even after taking some pain relievers. Can Homeopathy help?
