I am 25yo male and I am wondering if I should go see a doctor. This past Sunday I received unprotected oral sex from a one night stand. Everything was fine until that Friday I masturbated on two separate occasions falling asleep without going to the bathroom first before either. When I went to the bathroom after I woke, I noticed fuzz from the blanket on the tip of my penis. I cleaned it off and continued to urinate. I had a slight feeling of backup getting the stream started (which usually happens when I don't urinate after orgasm) and it sprayed at bit at first then returned to a strong, painless stream. Friday night, around bedtime, I noticed a slight itching from my urethra, but urination was painless. The uncomfortable feeling got worse as the night went on, but i fell asleep after some paranoia. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed that I had been discharging a white/clear/yellow mucus-like fluid through the night and continues through the day. The symptoms are getting better on thier own, sensitivity of the head of my penis is not as present anymore, and the discharge seems to be less amounts. It started as a drop to now a "bead" coming from the bottom of my urethra. Also, I noticed the morning after the encounter that my partner had a white tongue. I will admit my diet leading up to this event, and the week between then and now, had been roughly 1 small meal and 1 glass of water. I am worried that I have contracted a disease. Please help.
