I Am 25yrs Old Female. I Have A Small Outgrowth

I am 25yrs old female. I have a small outgrowth that looks like a mole on my anus. Since yesterday i am experiencing pain in my anus causing it difficult for me to sit while i am working at ofc or travelling. M also facing sever pain while passing stool although stool is never hard my anus muscles seem to have contracted so much that they jus disallow me to pass stool normally. Never had fissure's in my life but now most of the time m facing pain while in washroom too
