I Am 26 I Stopped My Period Two Days Ago

I am 26 i stopped my period two days ago and am bleeding again.. During my period i woke up and had a massive amount of blood thru my tampon all over my shorts an bed..when i stood up it gushed out an started running down my legs tampon still in place...whats wrong with me?????
