I Am 26 Weeks Pregnant. I Work In An Automotive

I am 26 weeks pregnant. I work in an automotive test lab and have unfortunately breathed in fumes from motor and gear oil. The lab is quite a large area however there is no ventilation specifically for the tests with oil, causing smells in the entire lab area. I have not been in the lab area with the fumes for longer than a half hour at a time and probably only on five occasions. Could breathing the oil fumes harm my baby?
