I Am 26 Weeks Pregnant And Have Been Coughing For

I am 26 weeks pregnant and have been coughing for over 3 weeks now. I feel severe pains around my lungs when l cough or try to lift my arms. I was given antibiotics last week Monday and a different type of antibiotics yesterday because the pain moved from the left side of my lungs/ribs to the right hand side and the coughing is still the same. Please could this be pneumonia?

I coughed this evening and it felt as if l had broken a rib in my right hand side and the severe pain has not stopped since.
