I am 26 y/o f, active runner. I intermittently get heart palpatations which leave me breathless for a sec or two and typically resove in a minute or so. Sometimes they are frequent throughout my day. It seems to happen more often when I have blocked sinuses/drainage. Is there a connection between the two?
