I Am 26 Year Old Girl .I Am Suffering From

I am 26 year old girl .I am suffering from anklylosing spondylitis for last 10 years but the pain severe from last 2 years .it affects my hip noand neck .very difficult to walk and do any work .doing excerise is also very difficult to do ..my doctor suggest me to have pain keller like ultracet and ketanov ...did this meditation is good for my body ..having ultracet and ketanov daily twice .
