I am 26 year old .i am single .i am suffering from premature ejaculation. I masturbates with a long time. I deppressed with a long time masturbates side effect fear cause also.i am suffering from minor varicocele . And i feel pain in testis if i running normaly it is right.and i feel pain sometimes in right kidney as i suffring from pathri 1 year ago.please sir give me suitable madication for premature ejaculation.
