I Am 26 Year Old Male, Having Mouth And Toung

I am 26 year old male, having mouth and toung sores since last 4 days. Eventualy fever throat sore cough and weakness developed after 2 days. My widal test showed S typhi antigen O and H are 1:80 and s para typhi ab was nil. My doc prescribed me cefexime bid for 5 days. What care I should take is it nessesory to visit hospital
