I Am 26 Years Old. My Question Is About My

I am 26 years old. My question is about my period normally my period lasts 7 days heavy bleeding and severe cramps but today is something ive never been through. Im very weak I have extremely horrible cramps heavy bleeding nauseous dizzy nothing is helping my cramps ive used heating pads ibuprofen and nothing is working I also have diahrrea and no appetite. Can you tell me if I should go to the hospital
