I Am 26 Years Old And I Have Antiphospholipid Antibody...blood

I am 26 years old and I have antiphospholipid antibody...blood clotting disorder. O was I. the shower with my bf about thirty min ago and I got dizzy my vision was blurry and a little white. I fell to the floor and he said my eyes rolled in the back of my head and I wouldn't answer him. I don't eat Mich because I don't have a lot of food. What could this be. Do I need to go to the er. My head dose hurt a little. My eyes too but idk if that's because I have trouble sleeping.
