I Am 26 Years Old, Female. I Have A Dull

I am 26 years old, female. I have a dull pain around my shoulder blade (constant) and around the chest (rarely). My pinky finger feels numb as well a the part of my palm, this hurts especially at night. Someone said it is due to exposure to cold, it might be pneumonia.
What are the possible causes?
