I Am 26 Yr Old Female With Terrible Anxiety And

I am 26 yr old female with terrible anxiety and panic and I have finally gotten so bad I can barely work. I live in constant fear and panic. I have had this basically since about 8 years old . Now I am desperate for medicine I have always resisted at all costs and counseling. Ironically enough I am a counselor for troubled children at youth Villages in Memphis Tn. I don't know where yo turn. Please help.
