I Am 27 And Have Been Spitting A Small Quantity

I am 27 and have been spitting a small quantity of blood from time to time when i wake up. Lately it has been occuring almost every day and it is freaking me out. At first I thought it was from my gums but i decided to flush my mouth and try to clear my throat and there came more small quantity of blood. I went to an normal clinic,she said since i have sinus issue,she gave me nasonex and she said everything looks healthy.
This morning i am having a soar throat feels like acid was sitting in my throat all night, and now i feel a very light sensation of heartburn.

I dont have heartburn usuallly.

I am scared i am letting a cancer happen, and want any comments
