I Am 27 Have Had Juvenile Diabetes Type 1 Since

I am 27 have had juvenile diabetes type 1 since i was 12. I was diagnosed with guillian barre syndrome in2012 i had an allergic reaction to the flu shot went into a coma for a month nd got PARALYZED. I been like this ever since i have kidney failure now i have dialysis 2times a week for 3hours.i have a catheter in my chest by my heart...what are the possibilities nd risks for a pancreas,kidney transplant?
