I Am 27 Weeks Pregnant I Was In The Bath

I am 27 weeks pregnant I was in the bath n sat up n noticed blood. I jumped up n showered to get or n check see where it was coming from I sat on a towel there was blood on the risk but when I looked I saw nothing. I laid down for awhile n went pee n there was no blood in the toilet or on the toilet paper. I also still feel the baby moving right now but an still concerned about the blood I saw. What should I do? I was waiting to see if I see it again since I can still feel him moving but don't know if that's safe.
