I Am 27 Year Old Male - I Have Been

I am 27 year old male - I have been having extremely high blood pressure- my resting heart rate is 144---this has been happening for a while. I have neck and back problems from a injury. with servere pain. I am extremely fatigued with cold sweats all the time. My mother has heart trouble-my grandmother died of a heart attack sitting in her chair. I'm dizzy and have thought I have been having panic attacks for years-could this be my heart instead of panic attacks?
