I Am 27 Years Old And Diagnosed With Hepatitis A

I am 27 years old and diagnosed with Hepatitis A 23 days ago and on medication until last 4 days.Till last month (before hepatitis) my periods are regular.But this month (after hepatitis) my periods which is due on May7 (4days ago) has not happened yet. Is this because of Hepatitis A?
