I Am 27 Years Old Male I Have Chronic Pain

I am 27 years old male I have chronic pain in my mid to low back and need help I have scoliosis starting a small spinal canal disk degeneration bone Spurs in my lower lumbar it is effecting my life but my doctor treats me like I don't need anything for pain sometimes it's unbearable and tells me to just take off work when my back hurts but I can't just do that what do I do?
