I Am 27days Of Cycle. Normal 4 To 5 Days

I am 27days of cycle. Normal 4 to 5 days of period. After my period ends, every
day I have dark brown discharge. But not continously. Two or three times a day. I have adenomyosis past two years. I was under siddha treatment. This treatment cures me all problems of adenomyosis but not the mid cycle discharge. I am 37 years old and not have child yet?
