I Am 27yrs Old, At The Age Of 16 I

I am 27yrs old, at the age of 16 i started having seizures but dont know the cause behind it, it's been a year now since I had an attack but since of late i started to get this heaviness of the tongue with the feeling that my head is going to spin, can you tell me what the problem is plz
