I Am 28 With Significantly High Cholestrol, I've The Last

I am 28 with significantly high cholestrol, I've the last week or two the view in my chest and especially in my breast have become very noticeable, almost as if someone drew on my skin with a marker. I have had some mild pain in my left arm and very very minor pains in my chest, but only a few pains have been felt in my chest. I am concerned about what could be causing my veins to become so noticeable. They are not bulging just suddenly very noticeable
