I am 28 years old , I am healthy person but I have problem remembering and memorizing thing , and I have heard some old people used encephabol for children in liquid form , and they say it was useful , as I can see they are older than me but have better memory , is there a side effect for me if I use encephabol for children , or encephabol for old people , which one do you advise me to use
