I Am 28 Years Old. In My Report I Have

I am 28 years old. In my report i have echogenic focus 11mm seen in rt lower ureter about 7-8 cm from rt UV junction. And the pelvicalycealand ureters are midly dilated on Rt side. what does it mean ? and stone can be cured without operation? is there any risk of infection or side-effect after its operation?
