I Am 28 Years Old And I Am Very Much

I am 28 years old and I am very much prone to dry cough and chest jamming due to cold. I have started using levolin inhaler. It gives me instant relief. Now i am concerned about its side effects. Some people say it will decrease my immune system while some say it leads to weight gain. What shall I do ... It is bad to take levolin inhaler.
