I Am 28 Yeold And Trying To Get Pregnant For

I am 28 yeold and trying to get pregnant for the last 2 yrs.have consulted many doctors and different medicines but no result.the latest USG report shows multiple pcos in the ovaries.My periods never occur on time,usually takes 40-45 days.I have been advised to take krimson 35 from the 5th day of my period. How do I get rid of the cyst? Is krimson 35 only for making my periods regular? Are there at all chances of me getting pregnant? Plz advise .
