I Am 28 Yours Old I Do Not Have History

I am 28 yours old I do not have history of back pain or injury. I feel like its either my spine or towards the center of my back. I can drop my head down standing straight and go forward to try to touch my feet and feel it pull but it hurts and I get stuck and gotta go back up. But I can go all the way down but I have to vay to the left or right just a little to go all the way down.
