I Am 29 ! Removed My Copper T After 4

I am 29 ! Removed my copper t after 4 n half years ! My periods are late by two days now ! I actually get it on time on a 28 day cycle ! My preg test shows negative ! Is it too early to show positive ? Or the delayed periods is due to copper t removal ?
