I Am 29 Weeks Pregnant And At 2am This Morning

I am 29 weeks pregnant and at 2am this morning i was in the ladies when i suddenly started itching.
it started with a few spots and gradually got worse this developed into a large area of rashes all over my thighs and my hands were swollen, after 45 mins it stopped and went back to normal.
I am very concerned.
