I Am 29 Years Old, Do Not Wear Contacts Or

I am 29 years old, do not wear contacts or glasses, and have had floaters in both eyes for several years and also have clear, stringy "sleepies" in my eyes constantly. Within the past year I have been having episodes of blurred vision in both eyes that could last anywhere from just a few seconds to an hour or so. It is most noticeable while I am watching TV or trying to read. I had a basic eye exam last month for a work physical and have perfect vision. My work schedule makes it difficult to schedule doctor appointments and can't seem to find a doctor who accepts walk-in patients. Any suggestions as to what could be causing the blurred vision that would help me until I get to a doctor?
