I Am 29 Years Old Male. I Had Hypospadias Condition

I am 29 years old male. I had hypospadias condition at the time of birth and so far I had 7 surgeries to get it fixed. Due to these surgeries my penis size got affected and it's now only 4" inches when erect. My partner does not feel anything while having sex due to my small size. As there is no sch solution to increase the penis size as of now, therefore I was just thinking would it help if my partner opts for Vaginoplasty surgery to tightened vagina and to to reduce inner vagina size. Please suhhest if it's possible and would it help us both?
