I am 29 years old male from India, currently living in Germany. I was diagnosed with level 5 right neck lymphnode biopsy. early report shows possibility of TB lymphadenitis. Also sputum test, Lung CT and bronchoscopy was negative for TB infection.
Is TB lymphadenitis contagious? How long treatment duration? will the treatment has any severe side effects? HIV blood test (ECLIA) was negative but can HIV be detected in lymph nodes ?
